WHAT IS BUYER REPRESENTATION?
Buyer Representation is when you, as a buyer, have the right to be
represented before you walk into a new home tract to look at or invest in a home. This
relationship is much like an attorney or an accountant has with his or her clients.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY HOME TO BE BUILT?
Actually construction may take from 4-7 months but be
cautioned that there are a number of circumstances that could influence those numbers on
way or the other. If all permits are in place it could go faster, if the weather does not
cooperate it could go slower. If your home is in the process of being build, then it will

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN THE BUILDER SAYS "STANDING INVENTORY"?
"STANDING INVENTORY" might mean a home that was built and ready for you to
occupy. But probably closer to reality it means that the home "fell out". See
